The Structures Group, Inc. provided the required Commonwealth of Virginia Special Inspection Services for the construction of this 64,000 square foot York-Poquoson Municipal Courthouse at 120 Alexander Hamilton Boulevard in Yorktown, Virginia. The two (2) story with an additional full below grade floor was constructed utilizing cast-in-place concrete foundation walls, structural steel framing, steel bar joists, light gage metal framing and masonry.

The Special Inspections as well as the Laboratory and Material testing were performed in a seamless team manner to allow construction of the facility to progress without interruption.  The resulting municipal facility was constructed on time and within budget.
